Will This Rain Ever End Wednesday?

OK.  We understand, God.  We must've irritated you in some way, shape, form or fashion recently- which has resulted in this epic rainfall we've seen and the run on arks down at the ol' used ark lots.

As this story indicates, our Orlando area had one dreary September- and October's started off with a frog-strangler outside, too!

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/breaking-news/os-23-rain-days-september-record-20140930-story.html

4 dry September days?  Unreal as we see things around here.  It truly makes it all the more amazing how Noah and his 600-year-old self managed to ark it through 40 days of solid rain!

History has a way of repeating itself- or so we're told, though we've been promised another 40-day flood isn't in the cards.  And that's a good thing for some animals, I can assure you- for if that kind of thing were heading our way once again (and there were surely times in the videos below when I envisioned it), I'd be making the case that some bad boys like roaches and a few other critters be left off the ark when folks started countin' 'em off in twosies!

Just sayin'...

looks like I am pretty happy it is not coming to the Panhandle to visit me. The good news is if it does won't have to add water to the pool. Positives in everything.

Dennis, the Sun came  out in Tallahassee about 30 minutes ago.  I wasn't sure what it was, it has been such a long time!

Dennis, we have had some major rain here in Arizona as well, and it has caused flooding and a great deal of damage. We had a record of almost 6 inches of rain in 6 hours here in Chandler. Our infrastructure is just not built for that kind of weather.

Hi, Bill:  Thank you for stopping by, and for your comment.  I think we might get a break tomorrow with a lesser chance of the wet stuff, but I'll be glad to have a day free of it!

Hi, William:  Thank you for dropping by, and for your comment.  Crazy- that about sums it up.  I think some areas around town are gonna end up counting about 12 inches for September!

Hi, Ambassador Fred:  Thank you for stopping by, and for your comment.  Now...what is the "sun" thing of which you speak?  And is it also shining over Jameis' house, too?  (sorry, couldn't resist).

Hi, Troy:  Thank you for dropping by, and for your comment.  Wow- that sounds crazy, too.  I guess it's funny- but for some reason, I've never thought of it raining in Arizona.

Maybe my head's just getting it confused with the ol' "...never rains in California" song!

Hi, David:  Thank you for stopping by, and for your comment.  I believe tomorrow might be a bit dry- but I'm not betting on it!  From what I've seen, we're in store for one great Sunday, though- 61 in the morning and a high around 80 with no chances of rain.

Great timing for our church picnic!
