Welcome to the Brier homes sale and sold marketing report for the Summer of 2014. This reports contains information for houses sold in June, July, August and September of 2014. The number of pendings and some other real estate statisitcs will be compared from last year. We have had a pretty solid summer for real estate sales in Brier Washington with 24 recorded sales in June, July, August and the month of September up until the first day of Fall.
The Numbers for Brier Month to Month and Year to Year
The median sales price for homes sold in Brier, WA was $389,500 during the summer of 2014 compared to $324,500 during this same period in 2013. This number was likely increased by the new Wynbrook II development off of Old Poplar Way. The typcial size of the homes in this development is in the 4000+sqft range with a square foot cost of around $185. So the median price per sold home is likely to increase a bit by the end of the month from the 25 homes that are currently either pending inspection or pending at the time of this writing. Atleast 12 of those pendings are in the Wynbrook II development with varying times of completetion scheduled.
The number of Brier homes that sold was 24 during the summer of 2014 vs. 31 for that same period in 2013. And again this number of sold homes will probably increase by the end of the month with the 25 homes currently pending.
Currently on the market their are 10 homes for sale in Brier with prices ranging from $310,000 to $899,000.
