New Home Construction in Fort Collins, CO!

New Home construction in Fort Collins is through the roof, so to speak. New neighborhoods are popping up all over Fort Collins by the droves. Builders like Meritage, DR Horton, Savant, Journey Homes, Village Homes, and many more are quickly responding to the housing shortage in the Northern Colorado area. Below are the links to all the builder websites as well as all of the subdivisions listed here.

 

Meritage Homes is building Kechter Crossing in Fort Collins with homes that range from 2,336-3420 sq. ft. with home prices generally starting at $392,000-$445,000. This neighborhood is in a great SE Fort Collins location with easy access to many of the cities amenities and I-25. Rigden Farm is another great community in the SE area of Fort Collins, homes range from 1,607-2,390 sq. ft. with prices generally starting at $320,000-$352,000. Further out in Timnath and Windsor respectively, we have Timnath Ranch and Water Valley. Homes in Timnath Ranch range from 1,603-2,685 sq. ft., pricing starting from $302,000-$356,000. Homes in Water Valley range in size from 1,775-2,685 sq. ft. and start from $317,000-$357,000.

DR Horton is building Bucking Horse in Fort Collins with homes that range from 1,787-4,182 sq. ft. with homes prices generally starting in the $360K’s. Summerfields at Timnath Ranch is another subdivision by DR Horton in Timnath, CO with home sizes ranging from 1,782-4,115 sq. ft. and homes prices starting in the $250’s. Highland Ridge homes in Windsor range in size from 1,791-4,236 sq. ft. with homes starting in the $330’s. Finally, DR Horton is also building in Water Valley and have home sizes that range from 1,782-4,130 sq. ft. with prices starting in the $320’s.

Savant Homes is building in both Fort Collins at Rigden Farm with home sizes ranging from 1988-3294 sq. ft. starting in the low $300’s and Timnath at Fairview Village with home prices starting in the low $290’s. Floorplans yet to be released from but an interesting note from Savants’ website states, “Fairview Village is a unique Subdivision located in the Old Town of Timnath, CO. Featuring homes that are designed specifically for the “X” “Y” and “B” Generations. Designed to have on-site storage of your “Toys” from boats to RV’s to Casita’s!”. Timnath Ranch is the final location in the area that homes are being built and here are the available lots.

Journey Homes is building in Fort Collins and Wellington. Maple Hill is a subdivision with home sizes ranging from 1,310-2,242 sq. ft. starting in the low $220’s. Journey Homes is also building in Rigden Farm with home sizes ranging from 1,652-2,004 sq. ft. and starting in the mid $280’s. In Wellington they are building in Park Meadows Subdivision with home sizes ranging from 1,444-2,242 sq. ft. and prices starting in the low $210’s.

Village Homes is building in a few places as well in the area. The Lakes at Centerra is a community with fantastic shopping all around and located near I-25 for easy access. Homes here will start in the $300’s and, finally, there is West Village in Timnath. These homes will start from the $300’s and go into the $500’s.
