90 Day Challenge - What can you do in 90 Days. Have you ever noticed how many different things
require a commitment of 90 days... 3 months.... 12 weeks. There is a reason for this and with only 90 days left in the year I have decided to challenge myself.
The reason why challenges, training programs or anything that challenges you to drastically change your way of doing things last 90 days, is because something that is performed for 90 days becomes a habit, whether good or bad, it will become a habit.
You can literally alter your life in 90 days, look at the P90X or the Body For Life Challenge which I believe started a lot of the transform your body in 90 day crazes. I personally took the challenge 15 years ago and dropped 34 pounds in 90 days and created eating and workout habits that I still perform today.
You can even become addicted to tobacco in 90 days, although I would recommend that you choose something that will be beneficial instead of detrimental to your health and welfare.
A few years ago, during the slowdown in the marketplace I was introduced to a local lender that teaches agents how to become better and he offered a 90 day 4th quarter challenge, now I was not tied in to tight with this lender in fact I had never met him so I signed up for the email program and just printed off the pages so I could some day share with my agents and utilize myself. 7 years later, I still refer to them on a weekly basis.
In 2011 I went through a 90 Day Double Your Income Challenge and it drastically changed my outlook and my business, so much so that I teach agents to this day to do the same thing.
So the challenge that I am accepting for the last 3 months of 2014 is to write a blog post every day, so that when 2015 rolls around I will be head and shoulders above the crowd and I will not worry about where my business is going to come from.
What's Your Challenge to yourself, maybe to lose a few extra pounds, maybe to add a few new agents to your brokerage, perhaps it is to dig deep into a specialty market (which I highly recommend).
Whatever it its, pick something, change your life in the next 90 days, develop good habits that will last you a lifetime.
