A Life of Goals

A Life of Goals

“In the absence of clearly – defined goals, we become strangely

loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we

become enslaved by it.”

Robert Heinlein, America Novelist

As I see it . . . . . . .

A life of goals

A life of goals . . . . is a life of purpose and direction

Knowing what you want to accomplish in your life will give you direction . . . . With your written goals . . . . will give your life purpose.

A life without goals drifts . . . .  without a purpose or direction. In the drifting there will be a great deal of stress and frustration that builds up in the person.

Define your goals and put them into writing in the order of their priorities . . . . Create a written plan of action to achieve them . . . . and your life will have both direction and purpose.

Commit yourself to successfully achieve your life’s purpose . . . . and to stay the course. Make the adjustments that are necessary keep you moving in the right direction to reach your long term objectives.

A life of goals . . . . is the life of purpose and direction . . . . and a lifetime journey to successful achieve your goals . . . . and to live a life of purpose.

Good morning Lou. Sometimes amazing results happen without a planned goal, so find this one true up to a point.

Lou, goals provide the vision of where you want to be. Without them you are in a dessert without a compass! Enjoy your day!

The habit forming daily trivia can easily reduce the quality of life that would be available if we focus on our personal goals.

Good Morning Lou: I have a short-term and a long-term goal. It is the focus and direction that can lead to their achievement. Sometimes, goals change due to circumstances or even in life.

Hi Lou - I really like this post and you do need to have clearly defined goals and a plan to achieve them.
