Market report for Isle de Mai on Amelia Island Florida:

 

Isle de Mai subdivision on Amelia Island Florida was developed by Seda. The homes range in size from over 2100 heated square feet to just over 3000 heated square feet.  It is one of the few neighborhoods on Amelia Island with a community pool.


When I relocated back to Amelia Island in 2012, I saw a great value in Isle de Mai and decided to invest in a home here.
