34 Steamboat Springs area real estate sales closed this past week with a dollar volume of $12,999,445. Of those closed transactions, 12 were single family sales, 16 were condo/townhomes, 4 were lot/land, and 2 were commercial/industrial.
For Sunday, October 5, there are 162 pending sales reported by the Steamboat Springs MLS with a pending dollar volume of $111,850,995. This number excludes an $18 million ranch sale. There is included, however, a $12 million ranch sale that will skew the average pending price. The median pending sale price is $362,450 while the average is $690,438. Of the 162 pending sales, 17% are listed for $1 million or over, 6% are listed between $999,000 and $800k, 14% are listed between $799k and $600k, 12% are between $599,000 and $400k, 10% are listed and pending in the $300,000 range, and 42% are under $300,000.
