Our block is only 4 blocks long and very family friendly!  The home is just minutes from Fleetwood and Pelham Stations with parking, or walk to Metro North in about 15 minutes.

 

I would love for my Rainmakers to help me highlight this listing, for a mother / daughter or extended family to live in and enjoy, like ours did here.  The two car garage, sunny patio and "grassy knoll" in back, for dogs and kids, are highlights too.

Hi Hill.  Looks like a great place and I hope it sells soon.  I think it's smart to blog about it. You should do some more posts w/ titles that would have key words in it that customers would search for e.g. 5 bedroom 2 bath home in Fleetwood, NY 10552.

the house really looks cute from the outside Hill, and blogging about it will pique the interest of people looking in Fleetwood.  But, I would definitely fix everything so that it is in move in ready shape and say that very clearly!

Joanna...you are so sweet and it needs your touch of course. we are tapped aft $50k in new boiler, new kitchen, Debbie's gorgeous sanding and refinishing after we removed pink shag on 2 levels etc. It is priced well below market and it's "As is." Long story.  You are the best and thanks for the comment.

Debbie:  Home with a cold, so call me for thanks in person for your great Women of Westchester comments.  Really appreciate the help.  We can stay here for years, but just don't need 5 bed home now that other family members have moved on.  It's a lovely place, mostly due to your sanding and refinishing pros making our floors fabulous!
