Emphasizing storage space is such a good point Anita. I would never list my home with my closet as it looks right now. Half of it would be going in storage because you don't want to give off the impression that you're running out of space to store your things.

Love your list Anita. Is this a list that you pass out to your clients in your packet or do you just make sure to go through it with them? 

I was planning on making some pamphlets for my clients on getting their home ready to show and I really liked your format.,,varying color and layout make it more readable for clients.

And, no I did not know that the inspection is the number one way a deal is lost.
