Froberg's Farm is a local favorite place to visit for strawberry picking in the spring, but last year they added a great fall activity. They have added a corn maze and hayride. The second annual corn maze and hayride is open on weekends through November 2nd. Activities include wandering through the corn maze and a hayride at a cost of $8 for kids ages 3-11 and $10 for adults. Kids under 2 are free.
You can also purchase tokens to use at the additional activities which include face painting, a planting booth, a bean bag toss, a football toss and more. You can find all of the details on the Froberg's Farm web-site. You can also visit the snack shack for delicious treats including shaved ice, kettle corn, frosted pecans and drinks. Bring cash because that is all that is accepted at the Snack Shack!
You can also visit the produce shop to purchase produce from Froberg's Farm as well as other vendors. This is a great place to pick up local honey to help with the effects of seasonal allergies!
A personal note if you have little ones. Please be careful near the parking lot. There is a very busy train track that runs across the entry of the property. The trains move quickly in this area. Have fun and be safe!
