I am using this strategy and though it's a lot of work writing all original content for many different places, it's well worth it when I see my ranking in the search engines.

Thanks for the reblog of this. The info and examples help clarify the basic page development for me in WP. I still have a long way to go in understandings the workings of it.
Thanks for this reblog - SO much detail!!
I will dedicate a "Self-in-ar" to study all the material.
Have a happy day -
Lynn
Thanks for the tips. I'll do it on one of my sites where I can subordinate.
For Sale/Oakland/Grand Lake...that's the way to do it, right?

AZ SEO Expert: Phoenix SEO Consultant ---Michael....I knew of Parent stuff, but never understood how it worked, or the purpose. This will take some practice but if I can get better SEO, OH yeah!
I was going along fine till the last part with the plug in....that made no sense to me. Do you have to complete that step on every page you re-direct, or do it once or what? TOTALLY confused on that part.
Thanks!
Hi Thom Abbott - yes, you have to redirect every page. If you organize this page: http://www.midtowncondosforsale.com/midtown/luxe/
to something like:
http://www.midtowncondosforsale.com/midtown-atlanta/luxe-condos
You would redirect: http://www.midtowncondosforsale.com/midtown/luxe/
...and every other page that you move.
Search engine optimization is especially important these days as national companies are are clogging up the top search engine results.
Yes, a great article. I'll reconnect with you soon on that other stuff...prob. in Dec.
