Prayful: It was my sellers - and it was a GREAT DEAL. It's not often a waterview home that is practically as good as being waterfront comes along. It was an excellent find for these buyers.

 

Ed: Thank you. I did open the door to let them go take some photos after they had executed an offer on it with my sellers. I do hope that made them happy!
