As a long term resident of Long Grove, I personally look forward to visiting the Long Grove's business district to witness the most vibrant tulips blooming in the Spring and the exquisite colorful hardy Mums in the fall!
New Additions to Long Grove’s Historical District

An exciting new mix of vibrant stores and restaurants continue to open their doors adding to the Village’s charm and vibrancy. This summer, Chatterbox of Long Grove opened and everyone who visited this new delicious dining establishment is pleased with the food and atmosphere. Other new establishments include the Broken Earth Winery, a wonderful California winery located in Long Grove and In Motion Dance Studio, offering students age 2 ½ to 18 years the opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles.
Long Grove Schools- Award Winning Education
Long Grove residents attend the highly acclaimed Stevenson High School, one of only three schools in America and the only school in Illinois to earn four Blue Ribbon Awards for excellence from the U.S. Department of Education.
The majority of the elementary school age children living in Long Grove attend District 96 which includes attending Kindergarten at Willow Grove Elementary School, first through 5th grades at either Kildeer Countryside Elementary School or Country Meadow Elementary School in Long
Grove and 6th through 8th grade at Woodlawn Middle School in Long Grove A smaller percentage of children living in Long Grove attend Diamond Oak for elementary school and West Oak Junior High- both in District 76
