In the summer of 2007, Alexander Hanak, a 16-year-old high school
student from the small town of Broaddus, TX (population 300) asked
his father to teach him the real estate business. His father, Bernd, had
retired from real estate investing eight years prior, but welcomed the
opportunity to help his son learn how to invest in real estate.

Within a matter of a few months, Alexander and his father attended
the Mobile Home Bootcamp in San Angelo, TX based on the
recommendation of Jack Miller, one of Bernd's mentors. Within a few
short weeks after attending the bootcamp, and with the help of his father,
Alexander set off on a journey to begin investing in the mobile home
business...

In just the last 5 months, Alexander and his father have:

Purchased and cleared six half-acre lots, and installed a total of
11 mobile home pads on them
Purchased 4 double-wide homes (28' x 48' to 28' x 64' in size),
rehabbed them, and prepared them for sale
Sold 3 of the homes on lease/option within 2 weeks of completing
the rehab. All three homes generated down payments between
$3,000 - $4,000 and monthly payments between $710 - $720

Balancing his time between being a junior in high school and building
experience in the mobile home business hasn't always been easy, but
Alexander's dedication to learning and his hard work have propelled
him forward, "on weekends, such as last weekend, my brother and
I, in one day, cleaned out one of our recently purchased homes."

Despite his young age, Alexander Hanak's wisdom and thoughts about
the mobile home business are both impressive and insightful...
