Well in the past 6 weeks I have 5 Clients that had put things on hold come back to the market.

 

I have gotten 28 calls on my cell from new clients.

 

Picked up 7 new clients on the up desk.

 

Do you think the MARKET is BACK????

 

I have put 8 new listings up.
And just did two more CMA’s.

 

I have 3 Accepted offers for Buyers.

 

Do you think the MARKET is BACK????

 

I have seen 6 listings go into bidding wars and
5 go for more than asking.

 

There have been a lot of new listings that have come on the market and have accepted offers in the first 30 Days.

 

Some gone in the first week.

 

Well, I think the MARKET is BACK!!!

Congratulations.  We are certainly seeing an influx in the mid range homes here also.  Luxury homes still have ADO of around 90 days, some longer depending on the price point.  Buyers are certainly moving along though.

Thomas, you must be doing something right. In AZ, the market is ssslllooowww, but that is typical for this time of year.

Hey Jeff, The homes between $450 and $900 are very slow but the higher price one are moving pretty good here.

Troy it seems to always take a bit longer to effect the belt before California. Don't worry if you keep doing the right stuff it will take off soon!
