Third quarter results for the single family sold homes in Stamford show that Year-To-Date for 2014 compared to 2013 that the average sold home price is up 6.7%. In 2013 for the first nine months average sale price was at $647,138 and YTD (Jan to Sept) for 2014 average sales price is at $690,440.
In Stamford YTD single family homes sold are down 14.4% compared to 2013 at 540 units versus 2014 at 462 units with average days on the market of 99.
