Hi Scott, I remembering, years ago hearing that one inch of rain equals 7 inches of snow.  When the weatherman says, "we had 4 inches of rain yeaterday", I immeditely multiply it times 7 and say, "I'm glad it wasn't snow"!

Thank goodness for snow blowers. I will be getting my wife a mini-snow blower, they call a power shovel, so she can get to homes that she has to show when the walk to the door is not shoveled.

Hi Scott, we are getting plenty of use with those snow shovels this month and will likely be seeing a few ice dams before long, especially on the porches.
