Is this lot buildable?
The owners and agents haven't done any investigation on how buildable the lot is. Since its on the lake, you can expect there to be some wetlands for sure. One of the first steps any buyer interested in building will want to take is getting a wetland dileanation done. We can recommend good folks. You'll also want to get a septic designer out to do a perk test. We have good folks for that also!
