Is the Market changing??? Over the past few weeks there is something in the air... Is anyone out there feeling the same thing? Down here in Broward county things are starting to move, slowly but surely. To all of you out there that are on the fence, stick it out things are starting to move. Let's keep at it and keep moving forward. Now is the time to start digging in. I have seen many different forms of marketing from "Opportunity Tours" for foreclosure and short sale homes, to hitting the streets with door hangers once again. Let's move forward and change this market for the better.
