Wolfeboro, New Hampshire 2nd Quarter 2014 Market ReportMarket stats for the Town of Wolfeboro, Carroll County, New Hampshire…2nd quarter indicators are reporting mixed reviews; residential markets are up in new pending and sold listings, while the median sales price takes another dive down by 28+%. Condominium listings, pending and sales are flat with a drop in value of 13.4%. Vacant land inventory reports a loss while pending sales and completed sales note an increase of 50% - 100%. Commercial market inventory and sale continue to drag behind in today's market...no new listings, pending and/or sales were noted for the first half of 2014. The "buyers" market continues...seller motivation is strong, market rates continue to be appealing while qualifying scrutiny tightens.
