Located on Dean Martin Blvd, just west of the Las Vegas strip sits a 45 story blue glass tower.
The Martin was built in a perpendicular position to the Strip, so that each and every condo at THE MARTIN has a view.
And Las Vegas high rise condo buyers are all about views.
With views of the Las Vegas strip from every unit, The Martin is a great choice for those who need a central location close to the strip, yet easy accesibility to other parts of town with a quick car ride.
The Martin features a total of 372 units from 1000 sq ft. -1960 sq.ft priced from the $300's.
The Penthouse Units start at about 3000 sq ft and go all the way to 12,000 sq ft (these are still available for sale - contact us for information.)
The Martin's monthly HOA dues of approximately .50 per interior square feet, the dues are pretty reasonable comparatively speaking. The building features a library/lounge which serves fresh coffee and tea every morning, gorgeous pool with cabanas, locker rooms, a HUGE fitness center, business center, 24 hr concierge, and one of my personal favorites - driver service!
The Martin is 585 steps to City Center and Cosmopolitan so it is super easy and fast to walk across the bridge to a ton of shopping, restaurants, activities, etc. Another cool thing about owning a residence in The Martin is there are always resident activities and gatherings if you choose to mingle. They will have pizza night, cocktail night either in the library or at a spot on the strip, hiking excursions, etc. With a W hotel vibe and feel, The Martin is definitely a stand out amongst the Las Vegas High Rise scene!
