The Greenbrier's 2014 Dream Tree for Kids Holiday Gift Drive
2014 marks the fourth year that The Greenbrier will be holding its “Dream Tree for Kids” holiday gift drive, which will donate more than $1 million in toys to charity.
The "Create a Dream Tree for Kids" project is the brainchild of The Greenbrier's owner Jim Justice, who initiated the massive holiday drive two years ago with his own donations, with the goal of ensuring that children throughout West Virginia and beyond wake up on Christmas morning with at least one gift to unwrap.
“Last year’s Dream Tree was such an amazing success that we knew we had to do it even bigger and better this year,” said Justice. “We believe that giving back to our community goes to the core of what The Greenbrier represents and is in keeping with our rich history.”
