At over 14,100 feet high, Pikes Peak is one of the most majestic peaks in not just Colorado but all of the Rocky Mountains.

Live where you can see it! OK, OK, so this is a little more permanent than the other options but it is serious viable option. With Pikes Peak dominating so much of Southern Colorado's landscape, it can be seen for hundreds of miles. literally.
As far as Conifer, Colorado, a foothill subdivision to the West of Denver has the best views of Pikes Peak.
