Museum Park at Central Station is a neighborhood that has so much to offer. Lush green parks and tree lined brick streets, Glass towers and townhomes that look like they have been their forever. Lake views, Millennium Park views, Downtown Chicago views, Museum views, Soldier field and the list goes on. Outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet close enough to everything happening.

Central Station is adjacent to Lake Michigan, Museum Campus and the south side of Grant Park, Roosevelt Road & Michigan Avenue. Part of the hot booming South Loop which has been one of the most active real estate markets in the city over the last 10 years. The South Loop extends from Cermak Road to Congress Parkway and from the Chicago River to Lake Michigan.

Museum Park is made up of 80 acres on the east side of the South Loop. In the late 1900’s South Prairie Avenue was where a lot of Chicago’s millionaires lived, the movers and shakers. I appreciate the beauty of the buildings, the landscape and views. The lakefront views are unobstructed and will stay that way, unlike many other areas.

Great restaurants are close by along with many cultural experiences. I personally enjoy the restaurants, running along the lake and in the park, music at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion and Summer Dance, Buckingham fountain (always so beautiful and majestic), Navy Pier, The Adler Planetarium, The Field Museum of Natural History, The John G. Shedd Aquarium, The Art Institute, Cloud Gate “The Bean” and too much more to mention.
