Hopefully the rain will stay away (after all… wait for for it.). “don’t rain on my parade”   Ouch!  But the tiny tots,  not so young tiny tots and their parents will be present in full force and wonderful regalia at today’s parade… Commencing at 1 p.m.   Larchmont is great!
