Here are the Residential Home Sales numbers for the first 3 quarters of 2014 compared to the last 4 years. This is for the Montrose area and does NOT include properties on Log Hill as anumber of thos properties do have Montrose address's
As you can see there is not much change between this year and the first 3 quarters of 2013. A few less foreclosed homes, 21 to be exact and 20 days less on the market. The median price of a home remains the same.
