As of this afternoon, there are 176 pending Steamboat Springs area real estate sales (excluding the ever pending $18 million ranch) for a list price dollar volume of $96,020,995. The average pending sale price is $545,574 and the median pending price is $326,250.
Of the 176 pending Steamboat sales, 11% are pending for over $1 million, 6% are pending between $999,999 and $800,000, 12% are between $799,999 and $600k, 14% are pending between $599,999 and $400,000, 13% are in the $300,000's and 43% are pending with a list price under $300,000.
