Menifee is Growing UP!

Being a member of the Menifee Community for nearly a decade now, as I recall Menifee was merely a dot on the map. I remember when I first bought my home in 1999, I had never even heard of Menifee. I had been a resident of Murriet for nearly a decade before I had even heard of Menifee. But something has changed in recent years. Homes are being built left and right and the town is really growing. Menifee has been a bedroom community to commuters for sometime now. If residents of Menifee wanted to do any type of shopping or dining we needed to head south to the big cities of Murrieta and Temecula (both with a population of 97,000!).

Alas, Menifee residents may not need to go all the way to the 'big city' for shopping! Our first major shopping mall located just off the 215 frwy and Newport Road Exit is scheduled to open this fall. Just walking distance from Menifee Lakes, the mall will be called Country Market.  Long time residents are excited we will finally have choices in dining such as TGIF's, Red Robbin and even a BJ Brewery!  Some of the major retail establishments will be Lowes, Best Buy, Linens and Things and Target Greatlands. Winco and Home Depot also just opened, located just off the 215 frwy and Ethanac!

So if you have been hesitating on moving to Menifee because we lack shopping and ammentities, think again!  Menifee is growing, housing prices are favorable and inventory is up. We have many choices including bank owned, foreclosure properties and short sales. This is a great ground floor opportunity to live in a growing community. And if you are in search of a local Realtor that knows the inventory, the market and the neighborhoods, please be sure to give me a call. I can help!
