Athena Roofing has over 40+ years of experience, and due to several requests Rich has relocated to Wichita Falls and has brought his business with him from Indianapolis. Athena Roofing has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau here in Texas. Athena has experience in roofing, framing, painting, and general remodeling. Athena Roofing's owner Rich Schober, moved to Wichita Falls in 2013 after being stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base during his military service. Rich enjoyed the friendly people and close community of Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas. Rich relocated to Texas for himself and his family, bringing Athena Roofing with him from Indianapolis to Wichita Falls. Athena did it's first home improvement in Wichita Falls in January of 2014 and has not stopped since. Rich is planting his roots deep as Athena Roofing's new store front has just recently opened up at 4036 Kemp Blvd.
Wichita Falls Gold Coat Ambassadors with the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce is one of the most active volunteer groups within the Chamber. The Gold Coats have been a huge part of welcoming new business to Wichita Falls for 50 years. Some of the duties performed by Gold Coat Ambassadors are:
- -Participate in ribbon cuttings, ground breakings, and ground opening ceremonies.
- -Assist Chamber in membership recruitment and retention efforts as needed.
- -Attend Chamber functions and activities and extend a warm welcome to all in attendance.
