Sharon Lee  it's actually fun and refreshing knowing the next 8 months will be so perfect! I'm so ready this year!  A Ha Boob is a huge dust storm....sometimes a mile or more high. We can see them coming over the mountain behind us and it gets dark out.

We were in Mesa Az last November visiting Debbie's cousin.  The news said it was going to drop to 65 degrees they went into a panic turning on the heat!!!!  We opened our bedroom window and turned the ceiling fan on high.  We thought we were going to bake.... LOL.

Anna, these are great tips for your Phoenix, AZ area clients to consider in preparation for winter.  I would have thought that Valley of the Sun residents went SOUTH for the winter to escape the winter temperatures to The Equator.

That winterization process is MUCH nicer than in the north.  Winterization in Phoenix sounds like "Springization" in the rest of the country.

Maybe it is why i do not like fall in NH, the amount of work getting ready for winter, close the pool, put the garden to bed and tons of leaves. Maybe i need some of that Phoenix fun.
