Mapping The Sweet Spots on Your Forestland Properties

Wow! How do you do appraisals nationwide without knowing the market? Not being critical, just trying to understand the process. I might need this service sometime. We are very rural.

I'd like to expand on the idea of sweet spots and forests as a kind of magical metaphor for landing
a sweet spot in the forest.

I love the idea fine-tuning values to be better rather than to be stripped of all activity!

Bob, yes it certainly does help to sell  properties using maps of the topography showing property lines, valleys, etc.

We see these maps used in our Texas Hill Country when selling ranch land. You offer a great service for forestland and more thanks for sharing.

I never thought of this but it makes good sense to map out the parcel describing it's component parts so the buyers can see what the property offers Bob.
