Yes we do appraisals all over, generally on larger tracts of land. 

Gaining info on local markets and market specs is generally accomplished by interviewing and or hiring experts in the area who can help us to fine tune our values.

The majority of the work on these appraisals is in the inventory, where we are experts at measurement and sampling of nearly any type of forest.

Bob, yes it certainly does help to sell  properties using maps of the topography showing property lines, valleys, etc.

We see these maps used in our Texas Hill Country when selling ranch land. You offer a great service for forestland and more thanks for sharing.

I never thought of this but it makes good sense to map out the parcel describing it's component parts so the buyers can see what the property offers Bob.
