Wolfeboro The Oldest Summer Resort in AmericaMarket stats for the Town of Wolfeboro, Carroll County, New Hampshire…3rd quarter indicators are reporting mixed reviews; residential markets are down in pending and sold listings, while the median sales price takes another dive down by 11.25%. Condominium new listings and sales are up, while the median sales price take another dip by 25.95%. Vacant land inventory reports an increase in new listings, pending sales and success transfers, however the median sales price has noted another loss by 43.72% in value over the same period last year. Commercial market inventory and sale continue to drag behind, with a reported increase of three (3) sales or 50%, when compared to last year’s sales data. The buyer’s market continues…seller motivation is strong, market rates continue to be appealing while underwriting and qualifying scrutiny tightens.
