Horseshoe Bay area lot sales continue to be slow but steady with lots priced under $10,000 selling the best. Inventories remain high, with the lower priced lots and waterfront lots being absorbed at the fastest rates. On the other hand, some price points are simply not getting many sales.
In this type of market, as a seller, your best bet is to price your property as aggressively as possible in order to receive an offer. There are definitely buyers in the market, but value is a key factor, and knowledgeable buyers are looking for the best deals.
