Yesterday afternoon was a happy event as our sellers and the new owner of this home completed the paperwork and handed over the keys for this Fairfax Ohio 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home! We'd helped our seller buy their new home some months ago, and they're happy to now be the owners of ONLY one home!
