Predicting Challenges in Sacramento Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

I freaked my own self out yesterday when I discovered that I had already taken care of a situation that was about to arise a few weeks ago and had forgotten about my foresight. I didn't realize I had already handled the problem when I was presented with the situation. Once handled, out of my brain. But my systems had been in place, my radar had gone off, and I had taken care of it 2 weeks ago.

It happened again this morning on another transaction that when I first looked at the paperwork, my initial reaction was how could I have not caught this potential problem, but then when I read through all of the remaining documents it was clear that I had. Whew. Almost gave myself a heart attack.

You can read more about this predictive trait in my personal blog this morning about Reason #57 to Hire a Sacramento Real Estate Agent.

Elizabeth - That happens to me a lot when I go grocery shopping.  I buy things, and then reach into the pantry and find they are already there from the previous week's shopping.

Regardless that is a good feeling.  I've done it a couple of times but not lately.  radar has a short and I need to get it fixed before someone else does.

Hi Elizabeth.  Anticipating issues is what separates the pros from the amateurs.

Hi Elizabeth - anticipating the challenges and then letting your client know helps smooth over the transaction.

Hi Laura: I'd like to take credit for it but it was my photographer's idea.

Hi Myrl: I find that happens when I shop at Nordstrom and I get home to discover an Eileen Fisher pair of pants already hanging in the closet.

Hi James: It is a good feeling when you realize that always doing things the same way has a huge benefit.
