That's a great list to assist in lowering costs for homeowners, Bob! I can attest that adding shade trees can help with energy costs. I took out 4 Texas Privets on the side of my house last spring. And boy did I notice the HVAC ran a lot more this summer. I'll be putting in some replacement trees soon.
