Buyers and Sellers set your offers and counters at Fair market value. What I mean is, what the value is today and not yesterday. Make your prices and offers as close to that number as you can. The ridiculous high priced seller or the ridiculously low ball buyer offer does not help the buyer, the seller, the neighborhood, the city or the market as a whole. So everyone PRICE GOOD,MAKE GOOD OFFERS and NEGOTIATE HARD. It is that simple!
