In early February, I sold a listing in Sterling Park, a town home community, just minutes from Downtown Raleigh. I fell in love with the community - which is why I'd like to share it with you.
The community, located in zip code 27603, is convenient to NC State University, Interstate-40, Research Triangle Park (RTP), Crossroads Plaza, and the Raleigh State Farmer's Market. It's possible to work, shop, play, and get educated where you live!
The town homes, many of which were constructed in the late 1990s to 2000 or so, typically have 2 to 3 bedrooms - and 2 to 3 full baths.
Since Sept. 2007, closed sales prices have ranged from $140,000 to $160,000.
The community currently has Homeowner Association (HOA) dues of $105 per month, and is managed by Grandchester Meadows Inc.
On the organization's Website, you can see the Meeting Minutes, dating back to 2005, Financial Reports (which are so important when one is considering a town home purchase), as well a newsletter, and a variety of additional, useful information.
