Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our seventeenth week! Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
" to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
(Be sure and click on the links in blue.)
Sometimes I like to highlight posts that may have been missed by the masses. Too bad, because they are true travel treasures.
This week was MEN'S WEEK. Dunno why, it just happened.
It's only appropriate that I throw in a Halloween post since we are days away from All Hallows Eve.
Rene' Fabre is one of my favorite go-to-guys for great photos and he delivers yet again! Halloween at University Village comin' at ya!
Bob Crane takes us on some incredibly interesting trips as he searches for timber land or just somewhere to take his sweet wife. This time it's Alaska's Ancient ice.
This is one of those moments as a photographer when you hold your breath...because you KNOW you were in the right place at the right moment. Dale Poll has an uncanny ability to be there when he's supposed to be! Be sure and subscribe--you won't be disappointed. (His very first post was featured with 71 comments!)
Okay, I don't know how Donald Hester does it in between inspections, but this guy fits in many world travels. And his travel writings are not to be missed! This time it's the tale of To Be or Not To Be--let's go visit Hamlet's Castle!
Please don't forget to comment on these blogposts and I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels. Feel free to join our group:
