Those that have committed themselves . . . . to personal development and embrace learning will acquire the skills necessary to compete and achieve success in a competitive world and changing business environment. While others will no longer be able to keep up and compete. 

The person who has prepared themselves to succeed will be on the leading edge of their profession . . . . and put themselves in the position to attract opportunities. That person will see opportunities that others won’t see. They will also be in the position take advantage of opportunities that others miss.

The person who has embraced learning themselves creates the thin slice of differences between attracting opportunities and missing the opportunity.

The people who have sharpened their skills to a razors edge will maximize the opportunities that they find . . . . and turn their opportunities into successes.
