Rain, rain

Although we are finally getting the rain we need, it has been raining pretty much every day this week so far!  I hope this means we will not be in a drought again this summer.  Some agents have had buyers cancel showings because they don't want to come out in the rain.  Some sellers don't want their houses shown because they don't want buyers tracking the mud in their house (it depends on how motivated they are).  It has stopped for now, but is supposed to rain off and on throughout the day.  I think for our area, if you have the buyers, going out in the rain is a great time!  Especially if they are worried about standing water or flooding.  Water drainage is a big issue in our neck of the woods.

Hi Kristina,

You can send some of the rain out our way.  We could use it!

Kristina - Yeah for rain but hopefully it subsides soon! I'm looking forward to rain instead of snow! That means nice weather is on it's way.

Rain in my book is always better than snow.  Only the first snow is nice...after that ??????
