What is Ohana MUVE?
Ohana-MUVE! is a multi-generational exercise style where everyone can break a sweat. Children love the encouragement and chance to play with family members. Adults have a great way to set a positive example and stay motivated with their own fitness goals. Ohana MUVE supports the development of a fun and fit family lifestyle.
MUVE is a dance exercise practice, fit for everyone.
The name "MUVE" is derived from the words 'music' and 'movement.' MUVE is always spontaneous! Our mission is to inspire people of all ages to dance for physical and emotional health, while strengthening communities through games of cooperation, self-expression, and leadership.
