Take the Pledge SNAP. The pledge would be that we, all agents, make a policy that when we meet someone at a property that we don't know yet, we would 1) pull up behind the car and SNAP a picture of the license plate and then 2) we would SNAP a picture of the driver's license of every adult that wanted to go into the house and then we would 3) immediately email the pics to the brokerage before we go in the house. Is this doable? To spread this across the U.S. and let buyers know that we have a system that 1) protects the seller and 2) protects us?

It would be interesting to see how many people would allow you to take a picture of their identification since you're as much of a stranger to them as they are too you. Don't get me wrong I think these are good ideas and safety is a #1 priority.

Rhonda, I am for anything that would make our jobs safer. I don't think there would be too many objections from people who contacted you in the first place. It could be a great way to weed out buyers who are not serious, or could be a way to get rid of the weirdos.
