          Real Estate Continues to Grow in Sunny Isles Beach 

The city commission is in the process of approving a new condominium project for the Sunny Isles Beach area, and as you might have guessed, it is planned to be highly luxurious.

The Palazzo Di Acqualina is a Trump Group project, but it is being led by the group's affiliate. Jules and Eddie of the Aventura affiliate will be constructing a luxury condominium tower that will have the prestigious name of "Acqualina."

The Trump Group is operating under a new LLC for this project and is conducting meetings with the Sunny Isles Beach Commission Chambers. The last time these two groups met on September 18, they discussed zoning issues, but this process is only viewed as a formality. No problems are foreseen for the Palazzo Di Acqualina pre-construction condominium, so everyone involved expects the commission to offer its final approval in the shortest amount of time.

The only place for a building like the Palazzo Di Acqualina Sunny Isles Beach is Collins Avenue, and that is exactly where it will be at 17901. With the Mansions at Acqualina currently being constructed on one side, you can expect the new building to have the same Italian/Mediterranean style as the other Acqualina properties. This means that the new dwelling wouldn't be complete if it didn't have the ostentatious lobbies that you have the pleasure of encountering in the Mediterranean. People also expect that an Acqualina construction will be planned down to the slightest detail and that the amenities and services will be first-rate.

The Palazzo Di Acqualina condominium is going to consist of two towers with 51 floors. Both towers will only have 95 residences that are rumored to be extremely large, but there will also be several penthouses on the list. The 5.6-acre plot where the new construction will stand used to host the former Golden Strand Ocean Villa Resort condo-hotel and can be seen highlighted in yellow in the featured picture. The Acqualina Resort will replace the former resort in between the two towers, and it is where residents can treat themselves to the many five-star amenities and services that make Acqualina properties so desirable. The Mansions at Acqualina that can be seen to the right of the highlighted area are under construction right now.

The Palazzo Di Acqualina condos for sale were carefully planned to be monumental, but the grounds will be equally as extraordinary. Not one ounce of space was allowed to go to waste, so expect to find lavish pools and verdant green landscapes for residents to enjoy. The amenities were never meant to be confined to the inside, so you will find several on the outside as well.
