Location

Parkview Villas Golden, is one of Golden, Colorado’s newest and most updated Patio Home complexes in the Golden, Colorado area.  It is a 55 and over community conveniently situate just east of Highway 93 and north of 53^rd Ave. in unincorporated Jefferson County.  There is easy access to Golden, Denver and Boulder.

Amenities

These homes were built beginning in 2007 and 111 homes were completed by 2011.  This small community offers a more intimate setting giving Parkview Villas Golden a small town feeling.  Although there is no clubhouse, Parkview Villas Golden were built around eight “pocket parks” with benches and sidewalks, which encourages residents to enjoy time outdoors.  They have many organizations that bring people together for activities in these small park areas as well as weekly and monthly events, activities and clubs, from card games to book discussions, lunch and dinner groups and more.

There are walking and biking trails all along the perimeter of the neighborhood as well as miles of trails nearby in the open space of North Table Mountain Park and White Ranch Park.  There are four public golf courses in the area as well as fishing available at the Arvada Reservoir and boating on Stanley Lake. And with the city of Golden just minutes away, residents can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment.

HOA

The Parkview Villas Golden has a reasonable monthly association fee that covers landscaping, snow removal, trash collection, and common area maintenance, allowing homeowners more time to spend with family and friends.
