It’s All About Teamwork
In Real Estate teamwork really does make all the difference. Any real estate transaction starts and ends with the buyer or seller but in between there’s a Realtor, Loan Office, Home Inspector, Termite Inspector and Title Company.
Having a local lender that is familiar with the process and is familiar with the programs makes a huge difference. That’s why I have a preferred lender list that I am happy to share with past, present and future clients.
Jim Randolph from Primary Residential Mortgage does an excellent job. Jim specializes in finding money for future home buyers. There are many different down payment assistance programs available to help buyers keep more of their hard earned money in their own wallets.
I recently referred a buyer to Jim to preapprove and it turns out he qualifies for a lot more programs than I originally thought and as a result his monthly mortgage payment is going to be less than he thought.
Before I write an offer I check with Jim to see what programs the buyer is going to use so we have enough time in the contract to allow the extra paperwork time to be processed.
