Wealth Gap Widening in Honolulu

Since the 7-hour, one-day sellout of the Trump Tower Waikiki last November, I have been noticing an increase of luxury condominium interest...new or newly renovated ocean view condominiums with resort-like building amenities are very desirable.  Anyone else notice this same trend?

Ronda - I too work in a resort community and when ever there is something new we see a residual interest - and prices go up and up and up.... we are getting ready to have some real activity in Surniver and just the rumors of the mall being bought and the new owners building mixed use is causing a huge stir of interest.
