Kim Erzinger, the Real Estate Broker that Gets The Job Done!
I first met Kim 14 years ago when we bought a home in Almond Wisconsin through one of his agents, our agent could not be there for the closing so Kim showed up.
Kim is a worker, and he shows up when others take the day off, and his knowledge of real estate, the community, and property management is amazing.
I lost count of the number of homes and forested properties that I have looked at with Kim long ago, but it is a significant number as is the number or offers that we have written, and the number that we have purchased.
Kim's primary business is in and around Stevens Point, along with forestland properties around the state, and occasionally something over near Sister Bay, where he tries to find a day off once in a while at his vacation home.
For several years now I have been inviting Kim to become a member of Active Rain, invite that are always met with "I don't have time to play on the computer, I have real work to do."
And in all honesty he probable does not need Active Rain, he is one of those few agents who is never short of enthusiastic clients filling his days, all through word of mouth referrals and repeat clients like myself.
It is amazing how much he accomplishes during his 100 hour weeks and how well he knows his niche markets, of course this is why we chose him as our primary Real Estate agent years ago.
