Despite being in the early phases of construction, The Orchards of Stoney Point is putting up high sales numbers. Since the groundbreaking earlier this fall, 42 of the 130 available homes have sold, with at least nine lot deposits remaining to be converted to purchase agreements.
Construction on the community clubhouse and amenities is expected to finish in December and homes should begin closing by March 2015. Until model homes are ready in January, the sales team for The Orchards of Stoney Point is operating out of nearby sister community, The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm.
Residents in The Orchards of Stoney Point may choose between ranch condominium-style homes in the Southern Heritage Collection or master-on-the-main villas in the Arbors Collection. Both models have been extremely popular at The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm, which recently sold out.
