WazeApp - Techie Tuesday

As Realtors, ​we know that driving around can be a stressful experience. No matter how many times you may travel to the same destination, there are often unexpected obstacles.

 

We use WazeApp now. With community-generated real-time traffic, we find that by using this app we get the best route to our destination.

 

We were meeting a client, and the Waze App alerted us of an accident nearby our destination. We were able to take a different route and alerted our Buyer to do the same.

 

You can actively report accidents, hazards and traffic jams. Users can either speak into the app or type to identify the destination or the stops they are making. You can also get road alerts coming up on your route that other drivers shared. And, you can find the cheapest gas station along your route with community-shared gas prices.

 

The service also learns how to route you depending on your usual commute time, and your preferred roads. Great tool for Realtors, Stagers and Home Inspectors, and anyone who is out and about all day!
